John Kelly Managing Director

John Kelly is the founder and managing director of CustomerLink. He served as Vice President, Global Customer Support at Solarwinds software, where he led operations in EMEA, North America and Asia. He was Head of Vodafone’s public sector business in Ireland and previously served on the Citrix EMEA senior leadership team for 6 years, where he led growth of Citrix Technical Support and Education revenue and operations. Prior to Citrix, he led Intel’s EMEA Customer Quality operation over a 10 year period. His earlier career included roles in manufacturing and production management in the UK and Ireland. He has been a speaker at American Chamber of Commerce Business Transformation briefings and lectured at Dublin Institute of Technology.  He holds a degree in Manufacturing Technology from NUIG and an MBA from Open University.

Marta Hidouk Customer Success Manager

Marta Hidouk is a Customer Success Manager and is responsible for helping Natero customers in EMEA and APAC be successful by ensuring they optimize the value they get from Natero software. She combines experience from the technology industry working for SugarCRM, where she was responsible for overall EMEA Reseller Partner success from initial onboarding through to support and renewals. Her vendor management and training leadership experience at Integra Lifesciences provides her with broad business knowledge and a unique perspective on the component parts needed for a successful Customer Success strategy.

Marta holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from University of Warsaw as well as QQI Certificate in Training Needs Identification and Design.
