Leadership

John Kelly Managing Director

John Kelly is the founder and managing director of CustomerLink. He served as Vice President, Global Customer Support at Solarwinds software, where he led operations in EMEA, North America and Asia. He was Head of Vodafone’s public sector business in Ireland and previously served on the Citrix EMEA senior leadership team for 6 years, where he led growth of Citrix Technical Support and Education revenue and operations. Prior to Citrix, he led Intel’s EMEA Customer Quality operation over a 10 year period. His earlier career included roles in manufacturing and production management in the UK and Ireland. He has been a speaker at American Chamber of Commerce Business Transformation briefings and lectured at Dublin Institute of Technology.  He holds a degree in Manufacturing Technology from NUIG and an MBA from Open University.

Dr. Brownell O’Connor Principal Consultant

Dr. Brownell O’Connor is a Principal Customer Experience Consultant and a certified partner of Global-CEM (Customer Experience Management). As a consultant and trainer he has been engaged in both large and small CEM projects and has been worked with many of the world’s leading brands., including, Vodafone, Estee Lauder, Nissan, Toyota, Cathay Pacific, BUPA and Allianz. He previously established and sold a successful contact centre software company and served as an Executive Officer of two multinational contact centre operations.

He has a degree in Electrical Engineering, MBA and PhD in International Business Management from Cooks Institute Mississippi, USA.

Jennifer Kelly Director

Jennifer, a qualified HR Practitioner from the National College of Ireland, has been in the technology and services industry since 1996. Previously Human Resources Manager in DeRoyal, HR Manager in Gateway, Personnel Officer in NEC & a HR Generalist in Seagate, Jennifer also ran her own successful education business for several years.

Pauric Lonergan Customer success manager

Pauric holds an honours B.A. degree in English and History from University College Dublin and an honours MSc. of Business Management degree from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Dublin.
He has worked with Musgrave’s Group/Supervalu over a 5 year period where he experienced all aspects of Retail Management progressing from cashier customer facing roles to all aspects of supply chain management, stock management and office management. He has over 4 years experience with Superdry managing a busy retail store including customer interaction, stock management and team training and leadership.
Pauric is a keen fitness practitioner and sportsman and has captained his local GAA team at under 21 level and remains an active member of University College Dublin GAA team
